Shipping and Delivery

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

Standard shipping is done via all major ground carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and United States Postal Service (USPS). Allow up to 3 days for warehouse processing. Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit time is up to 7 to 10 business days within the 48 continental U.S., based on your location. You will receive an email order confirmation when your order is received. When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a notification on our behalf, which includes the tracking number and shipping detail.

Shipping and processing charges for all items is based on the item size, weight, delivery destination, or other factors. We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times on all our designs, but please note that these times are estimates only. Shipping and delivery estimates are not a guarantee. We're sorry, but at this time we are unable to ship to PO Box address.

 

Returns

Returns/Exchanges are accepted for unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Flashpoint purchase. However, if there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, Flashpoint is more than happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on any item within 30 days of your original purchase date. All items must be in their original packaging and unopened. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on any products which have already been used.

In the event of a damaged item, please include a photo with your email. Once we receive your return request we will issue you a return merchandise authorization number (rma#) and email you a return shipping label. This will allow you to ship the product(s) back to us. To prevent damages in transit ship the product(s) back in its original packaging. Include the rma# and the original packing slip. Once the item is received we will refund you in the original form of payment or exchange the item.

THE INFORMATION WE RECEIVE AT FLASHPOINTCANDLE.COM IS FOR OUR USE ONLY. WE WILL NOT SELL, RENT, DISTRIBUTE, OR MAKE AVAILABLE ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. WE WILL ONLY CONTACT YOU IN REGARDS TO YOUR TRANSACTION EITHER BY EMAIL OR TELEPHONE IF NECESSARY.

 

Payment

FlashPoint Candle currently accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how the information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
